Apps that worked fine last month sometimes freeze on a white screen. The usual cause is that the site moved on and the app did not. This page covers how to tell you are on an old version, what to try before a reinstall and which update prompts to distrust. We are an independent guide, so the update itself always comes from BDBAJEE's own site or app.
Signs you need an update
Look for a white screen on opening, buttons that do nothing, games that will not start or a login that loops. Compare with the mobile site in a browser. If the site works and the app does not, the app is probably out of date.
We cannot see version numbers on your phone or what BDBAJEE has released, so we do not state any.
Easy fixes first
Close the app fully and reopen it. Restart the phone. Then clear the app cache in your phone settings, which removes stored data that can clash with a new version without touching your account, since your account lives on BDBAJEE's servers.

Updating and reinstalling
Open BDBAJEE's own site by typing the address and look for the app button seen in the header on 7 November 2026. Install the current file over the old one, or remove the old one first if the phone complains. Follow the install guide for the sequence.
Before you remove anything, make sure you remember your sign-in details.
Fake update prompts
A pop-up in a browser or a message that says your casino app needs updating is a classic trap. Close it. Updates are found on BDBAJEE's own site or inside the app. The fake agent scam article describes how these approaches work.
Keep a record
Note the date you last installed and where the file came from. When something breaks, that note tells you whether to update or to look at a network problem instead. It also helps BDBAJEE support if you need to contact them.
Do not keep several versions installed side by side. One clean copy is easier to fix.
If you share the phone with someone else, tell them the app version matters too, so nobody reinstalls an old copy by accident from a saved file.
